Meatless Spaghetti


No meat spaghetti yet yummy.

Ingredients for 8 servings:
1/2 kilo spaghetti (cook according to its packaging instruction)
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup Nestle Cream
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
3/4 cup corn
1/2 cup green peas
1 bell pepper ( mince)
1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion then add the tomato sauce and simmer for a minute.
2. Add the corn, green peas and bell pepper then simmer for another minute.
3. Add the rest of th ingredients then simmer until done.
4. Pour over the spaghetti or mix well then serve it hot.

You can add diced carrots, mushrooms or any vegetables that you want.

Vegetarian Sotanghon Soup

I just finished my juicing diet for few days when I cooked this one. Light delicious soup that will warm your tummy and easy to digest.

Ingredients:
200 grams sotanghon noodles
1/2 cup corn with its syrup
8 cups water
1 carrot
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
spring onion
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion, then add the water, salt and pepper and let boil.
2. Add the sotanghon and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients then simmer until cooked.
4. Serve it hot.

Meatless Sauted Rice Noodles



I am trying to cook different things without meat and I found out that oyster sauce can make your food yummy. This is my recipe of a meatless sauted rice noodles.

Ingredients:
250 grams rice noodles( bihon)
1 red bell pepper
1 cup sliced cabbage
2 1/2 cups water
1 carrot
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons soy
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
salt if necessary
Oyster Sauce

Procedure:
1. Saute  the garlic and onion then add the ground pepper and simmer for a minute
2. Add the water and let it boil, then add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and simmer.
3. Add the noodles and carrots, mix well and simmer until soften then add the cabbage and bell pepper.
4. Add salt if necessary remove from heat when it is done.
5. Serve it hot.
