My name is Mely Maravilla from Philippines. I love to cook for my family and friends. I am not a chef! You do not
need to be a chef to be able to cook, just use your imagination of what
is available to be cooked and do it with passion, and you will be
surprised that you have created a new dish to serve for your loved
ones.:) Enjoy your cooking.
All the materials and contents that I used here, are copy righted under
my name, so please ask permission first, before you re-blog or copy
anything.
Hi Mely, do you live in Brazil? I am a Filipino-American and I live in Brazil also, in Sao Paulo. I really like your web-site and I am trying some of your recipes! Thank you!

DeleteNice blog!! Many recipes to take note of and one thing that caught my attention is that spaghetti recipe with... all purpose cream? That sounded quite "queer" to me since I'm used to tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato ketchup with tomato chunks blended together (you're right... I like "sour"-tasting pasta recipes) with a sprinkling of either thyme or basil. I've really wondered what spaghetti with cream tastes like. All I ever thought of was cream as a main ingredient for carbonara.
ReplyDeleteDo you accept guest recipe contributors? God willing, I may want to contribute soon. :) ssD!
Thanks for dropping by, I hope that you try that spaghetti with cream and let me know your feedback about it.
DeleteYes I do accept recipe contribution, if the recipe that they are going to contribute is not yet available in my site. I will wait for your contribution, I will be glad for it. SsD.
Thanks! God willing, I'll post it on my ever-eclectic blog (I don't have a site specifically for food, but I just write on different [trivial] things) then I'll send it you soon. I'm grateful. ssD!
DeleteBy the way: hope you do a sushi recipe. ;)
ReplyDeleteI have few sushi recipes here
