Bumili ako ng 1 bangus na malaki, ang buntot at ulo ginawa kong paksiw at ang tiyan ay pinirito. Mmmmmm ang sarap!
Mga sangkap:
- tiyan ng bangus
- calamansi
- harina
- asin at paminta na panimpla
- Pigaan ng calamansi ang tiyan ng bangus saka timplahan ng asin at paminta.
- Pagulungin sa harina para di sumabog at tumalsik ang mantika kapag pinirito, kapag mainit na ang mantika ipirito ito hanggang sa maluto.
- Ihain kasama ng kanin at sawsawan.
