Mga sangkap:
- 2 piraso pork chop
- asin at paminta na panimpla
- 1 kutsara katas ng calamansi
- 2 kutsara butter o mantika
- Timplahan ng calamansi, asin at paminta ang pork chop.
- Initin ang mantika o butter, kapag mainit na ay ilagay ang pork chop, lakasan ang apoy para maganda ang kulay ng pork chop kapag naluto na.
- Ihain kasama ng kanin o french fries.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces pork chop
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime or calamansi juice
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
