Fried Wingette

Wingette is the middle section of the chicken wings and this is my favorite part!

Ingredients:
 1 kilo wingette
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Season the wingette with salt and pepper.
2. Roll over the flour then deep fry until done.
3.Serve and enjoy.
