Pork Belly Sinigang


Ingredients:

500 grams pork belly (sliced to your desired size)
500 grams taro root ( gabi)
1 radish (sliced)
1 bunch string beans ( cut to your desired length)
2 medium size tomato
1 onion
1 sachet Sinigang Mix
6 cups rice washing or water
1/4 cup fish sauce (patis)
some chili
salt and pepper to taste



Procedure:
1. In a pot put the pork, tomatoes,  fish sauce, onion and chili  then cook over low heat until  simmering, allow to simmer until the pinkish color of the meat is gone.
2. Add the water and bring to a boil, add the taro root,  simmer until everything is tender.
3. Add the string beans and radish, simmer until done then add the sinigang mix and simmer for a minute then turn off the heat.
4. Serve and enjoy.
