1. Ilagay sa kaldero ang tubig at buto ng langka, pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot (45 minutos o higit pa).
2. Kapag luto na ay alisin ito sa tubig at pwede ng ihain.

ReplyDeleteIs it possible to post this recipe in English? I believe those are Jackfruit seeds. Did you use the hard type or the soft one?

ReplyDeleteThe recipe is very simple:
1. Use the seeds of ripe jackfruit (I think this is what you meant by soft fruit?).
2. Wash the seeds thoroughly.
3. Put the seeds in a pot with plenty of water.
4. Boil for 45 minutes.
5. Eat and enjoy!
By the way, I just tried this recipe and it works. I didn't add enough water though, but luckily I was able to catch it before I burned the seeds! They still taste pretty darn delish!
