Ingredients for 3 servings:
2 cups young coconut meat (buko)
12 pieces shrimps
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion then add the shrimps and saute until the color is pinkish.
2 Add the coconut meat, salt and pepper then stir for 2 minutes or until done.
3. Serve it hot.
I saw this dish in the blog (early morning before heading out for the kitchen). And then I saw it on the table for breakfast :) hehe.
