Chop Suey with Pork (Carenderia style)

Chop suey is a mixed stir fried vegetable dish. It is one of the special vegetable dishes that I can not resist :-). This is a carenderia version from my sister's eatery, they do not use cauliflower and broccoli because it's expensive. Costumers are happy with this for an affordable price of 25 pesos per serving.

Ingredients:
1/4  kilo pork
1/2 kilo carrots
1/2 kilo Baguio beans
1 kilo cabbage
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 sayote
2 cups water
2 dozens quails egg (hard boiled)
salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion, then add the pork and continue to saute until it is brownish. Add the water and bring to a boil.
2.  Add the carrots and sayote,  then give a good stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
3.  Add the green beans and stir well simmer for 2 minutes then add the cabbage and salt to taste,  then simmer until done then add the quail's eggs.
4. Serve it hot.

You can add cornstarch to thicken.
