Special Lechon Kawali



For  me lechon kawali is one of the best pork belly dishes and easy to do. By using a deep frying pan and oil, the pork belly is roasted until crispy, then served with a delicious dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Pork Belly( cut into an inch thick, boiled)
1/4 cup lime or calamansi juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup sprite (this will make the meat tender)
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
salt to taste



Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients, then marinate for few hours or overnight.
2. Deep fry the pork belly until it is cook.
3. Cut into bite size and serve with your favorite sauce. :)

    1. ok I will wait for the result, just adjust the taste if needed because the taste of the soy sauce in my place might be different from yours, just add salt and pepper if necessary. Or if you have a secret flavor :D

    1. depende po, kung ang karne na gagamitin mo ay malambot pwede na deretso marinate then fry, kung need palambutin pwede po pakuluan muna saka lalagyan ng timpla bago prituhin
