Celery is a good source of fiber which is good for digestion, so I decided to stir fried it with fish to add flavor in it. Ingredients: 1 fried round scad fish ( galunggong) 4 cups celery cut into an inch length 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 onion 2 cloves garlic salt and pepper to taste
Procedure: 1. Flake the fish and set aside. 2. Saute the garlic and onion then add the fish and soy sauce. 3. Increase the heat then add the celery and stir fry it until done. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Serve it hot.
