Ingredients:
250 grams fresh fish fillet ( either flounder, tuna, salmon)
200 grams crab
200 grams shrimps
2 tomatoes
5 cups water
1 onion
some chilis
spring onion
salt
Procedure:
1. Clean all the seafood then set aside.
2. In a pot put the water, onion and tomatoes, cover and let it boil.
3. When it is already boiling put all the ingredients then simmer until done.
4. Serve it hot. :-).
Is this the same with "sinigang"?

ReplyDeleteIn the fish business "crisp" particularly alludes to an item that has never been solidified; it gives definitely no understanding to the real nature of that item or its "freshness". Fish and Seafood
