Bok Choy is a very quick cooking vegetable specially if you stir fry it.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo bok choy or petsay2 tablespoons oyster sauce
8 cloves garlic ( crushed)
Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic until brownish then add the bok choy.2. Increase the heat for stir frying until done
3. Decrease the heat then add the oyster sauce let simmer for a minute.
4. Serve it hot.
