Fish Paksiw is one of my favorite dishes, but in this recipe I added toasted sesame seeds and the result is awesome! I loved the aroma of the sesame seeds that blended well with the aroma of the vinegar and other spices. Try it!
Ingredients:
fishginger
garlic
sesame seeds
cayenne pepper ( siling haba)
vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. In a pot put the fish, ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper then cover and let it boil.2. Let simmer until done then put the cayenne pepper and sesame seeds then simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Serve it hot.
