Perfect for Filipino breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 pieces Sliced dried fish5 tomatoes ( chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water
Procedure:
1. Fried the dried fish and set aside.2. Saute the garlic and tomatoes until soft then add the fried dried fish.
3. Add 1/2 cup water and let simmer for 8 minutes to soften the dried fish.
4. Turn off the heat and serve it with rice.
