Spanish Bread

Since I was young I loved Spanish bread a lot, so I decided to try baking it and it was a success. I am very happy how it turned out. So here is the simple and easy way of making it.

Ingredients:
5 cups all purpose flour
3 eggs
3 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded Cheese
bread crumbs

Procedure:
1. Combine the sugar, flour and  salt and sift together then then make a well in the middle and crack the 3 eggs there and beat it.
 2. Pour in the butter and warm milk with yeast,( let the yeast and milk stand for 10 minutes) then mix well and knead until you form a firm dough.

3. Let the dough rise for 2 hours by covering it with a damp cloth.

4. After 2 hours knead the dough again and combine the shredded cheese, by using a rolling pin knead it very well and make sure that the cheese is evenly mixed. After this process, slice a portion, around 80 grams then flatten and pull to make a long sheet then roll it to form into Spanish bread,(you can mix sugar and butter for filling, I didnt put) set aside to let it rise for another 45 minutes before baking and sprinkle it with bread crumbs.

5. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celcius, after 45 minutes bake the bread for 15 minutes or until done.
 Serve it hot
