Ingredients:
1/2 kilo squash1/4 kilo shrimps
1 cucumber
1 big eggplant
1 big sayote
3 cups water
2 cups pure coconut milk
Procedure:
1. Put the water in a pot and bring to boil, then put the squash and the shrimps simmer for 3 minutes.2. Add the sayote and eggplant and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Add the okra and simmer for 2 minutes add the coconut milk and simmer.
4. Add salt if necessary and serve it hot.
