A simple chicken dish, cooked in lime juice and ginger making the chicken meat tender and tasty. My friends like the taste of this dish, so I am sharing the recipe to all of you because maybe you will like it too. Try it and have fun cooking.
Ingredients:
2 limes ( extract the juice) or 4 calamansi1/2 kilo chicken breast
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons ginger strips
dried chilli pepper ( optional)
some spring onion
Procedure:
1. Saute the ginger then add the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.2. Add the lime juice and soy sauce simmer for few minutes .
3. Add the salt and pepper, dried chilis and simmer until done.
4. Add the spring onion turn off the heat then serve it.
