Spaghetti Aglio e Olio ( in English Spaghetti with garlic and oil) is a traditional Italian pasta dish and is very popular in Italy. It is a cheaper version of spagheti dish compare to the one with tomato sauces. Simple as it can be. I make my version with meat that is why it is called Spaghetti aglio e olio con carne. It is light and yummy.
Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo Spaghetti1 head galic (minced)
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
For the toppings:
1/4 kilo ground beef sauteed in onion and some chopped olives.
Procedure:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to its packaging procedure then se aside.2. Heat the olive oil and put the garlic just making it light brown then pour in the spaghetti
3. Mix well and dash some salt and pepper to taste, mix well until it is evenly flavored.
4. Serve it with ground beef toppings like the picture on top :-).
