Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon ( cubed and seeds removed)1 big tomato
2 tablespoons lime or calamansi juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
some spring onion and parsley
Procedure:
1. Mix well the watermelon, tomato, lime juice and olive oil.2. Dash with salt and garnish with some spring onion and parsley
3. Serve it.
