Just a simple vegetable salad which I think a healthy combination, to help my digestive system from all the meat that I ate for the past few days.
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoesLettuce
Yellow bell pepper
watercress
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Slice the bell pepper into rings2. Arrange all the vegetables in a platter
3. Mix the olive oil and lemon together and pour it over the salad
4. Dash with salt and serve.
