Poached egg is an egg that has been cooked in a simmering water until the egg white solidified. I preferred this than sunny side up egg because this is not oily and for me this is better. Try this.
Ingredients:
eggswater
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
Procedure:
1. In a pan put water that is enough to cover the egg when you put it.2. Bring to boil and put the vinegar and salt ,when it's boiling stir it in a circle motion then crack the egg.
3. Wait until the egg is done, remove and serve it hot.
Wow! I never thought this is possible - using water instead of oil. :)
