Last Monday my friends were craving for something hot and spicy, that is why I cooked this recipe, it's really a bomb, the chili hot flavor will tickle your taste buds mmmmmmmm mouth watering.
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon whole black pepper or peppercorn
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 small onion
juice fom1/2 lemon or 3 calamansi
Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion2. Add the chicken and braise for few minutes.
3.Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until it is cooked.
4. Serve it with rice. :-)
Can we omit the chili flakes? My fam doesn't want spicy foods, only me :(
