How To Make Vegetable Spring Roll


Ang lumpiang gulay o vegetable spring roll ay isa sa mga pinakacommon na handa twing may special na okasyon sa aming pamilya, madali lang itong gawin at  mura pa.
Mga Sangkap:
  • 1 kilo toge
  • 1 repolyo ( hiniwa ng pahaba)
  • 1/4 kilo giniling na karne (kung anong karne ang gusto mong gamitin)
  • 2 carrots ( hiniwa pahaba)
  • 1 sibuyas ( hiniwa)
  • 3 butil ng bawang (dinikdik)
  • asin at paminta na panimpla
  • 30 piraso pabalat ng lumpia
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
  1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas saka ilagay ang giniling, haluin at gisahing maigi hanggang sa maluto.
  2. Ilagay ang natitirang mga sangkap maliban sa pabalat ng lumpia, timplahan ng asin at paminta.
  3. Ilagay sa colander o salaan para maalis ang sabaw at maiwasang masira ang wrapper.
  4. Kapag malamig na ay balutin ito, at prituhin ng palubog sa mantika.
  5. Ihaing kaulam ng kanin o pangmeryenda.
English Version
Ingredients:
1 kilo  bean sprouts
1 head medium size cabbage (strips)
1/4 kilo ground beef ( or whatever meat you would like to use)
2 medium size carrots ( strips)
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
30 Spring roll wrapper

Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion, add the ground beef and simmer for few minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the wrapper, simmer until it is cooked. ( do not overcooked).
3. Drain and let it cool.
4. Wrap in the spring roll wrapper and deep fry until golden brown.


5. Serve with rice or as a snack.
