Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pork belly
1/4 kilo tokwa
2 tablespoons black beans or tausi
ground pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 cup water( you can add if necessary)
1/2 cup flour
Procedure:
1. Boil the pork belly until tender, remove from the water, then cut into bite size, then fry it, sprinkle with flour so that the oil will not burst while we fry it, do the same with tokwa then set aside.
2. Saute the garlic and onion then add the black beans, simmer for few minutes.
3. Add the water and continue simmering, then pour in the fried pork and tokwa, stir well and simmer for few minutes until done.
4. Serve with rice.
I made one for the first time today and it's superb! easy to follow steps and by the way, thanks for the tips in frying!!!! it made my cooking a lot easier!!!!
