Salmon Sashimi

I do not have plan to prepare this Japanese delicacy but the salmon that I bought from the market was so fresh, so I decided to prepare sashimi for my blog. Surprisingly my friends loved it. I thought they will not like it because it is their first time to taste sashimi, now I have a problem because they want more. :D

Ingredient:
fresh salmon
2 cloves garlic
spring onion
1 tablespoon lime juice or calamansi
2 tablespoons soy sauce
wasabi

Procedure:
1. Slice the salmon thinly, then arrange properly on the platter.
2.Crushed the garlic and minced it then combine with all the ingredients to make a delicious dipping sauce.
3. When everything is ready, serve it.
