Dried anchovies is a typical appetizer in Filipino cuisine specially in some of the regions in the Philippines. I like the crispness and the aroma of dried anchovies:-) I always choose the fresh looking one when I am buying this product for best taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup dried anchovies ( tuyong dilis)1 cucumber
1 big tomato
1 lime or calamansi
Procedure:
1. Toast the dried anchovies then set aside.2. Slice the tomato and cucumber and combine with the toasted dried anchovies
3. Sprinkle with lime juice then serve.
