Ingredients:
1 unripe papaya1 onion
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons oil
Procedure:
1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds2. Slice it into strips or batonnet.
3. Heat the oil then saute the onion.
4. Add the papaya and ground pepper, simmer for a minute, then add the soy sauce and simmer until the papaya soften.
5. Add the bell pepper and simmer until done.
6. Serve it hot.
