It’s my friends craving that motivated me to cooked this pizza. It is the oven that makes me feeling lazy to bake because it is an old one and I can not on it by myself lol :-D But anyway here is my pizza recipe , I am not being biased but my sauce is so delicious :-)
Ingredients:
1 big size pizza crust
3 slices pineapple rings
ham
mozarella cheese ( grated)
pizza sauce.
Ingredients for pizza sauce:
200 grams ground beef
1 pack tomato sauce (250 ml.)
2 cloves garlic
1 small size onion
2 teaspoons sugar
1teaspoon pineapple juice
dash of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons all purpose cream
Procedure for the Sauce
1. Saute the garlic and onion
2. Add the meat simmer for few minutes, put a dash of salt and pepper
3. Add the tomato sauce, pineapple juice, all purpose cream and sugar
4. Simmer until it’s done.
Procedure:
1. Put the pizza sauce on top of the crust.
2. Sprinkle the grated cheese
3. Arrange the ham and pineapple according to your design
4. Sprinkle again with cheese.
5. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes
